I can no longer call myself a LiveJournal beginner, but I'm hardly an expert in online communiques, either (Qu'est-ce qui est Twitter? ^^). So far, I've only created a few fics for House MD and Fushigi Yuugi (an old but still enjoyable anime/manga series), although I'm in the midst of a tentative foray into Supernatural fic.
My major problem is my limited online time, which accounts for my lack of expertise with LJ or IM, and also interferes with prompt responses to comments or reviews. Nevertheless, I am determined to respond to everyone; it just may take me a little time. Thanks for understanding.
I try to have no prejudices against any form of fiction. There are some I enjoy more than others, but that's more a reflection of my mindset than the ability of the writer. So I'm open to all genres: gen, het, slash, yaoi(m/m), yuri(f/f), polyamory, noncon, mpreg, etc. I've read many terrible examples of each of the above, but also a few outstandingly wonderful pieces that show the deciding factor in the worthiness of a fic is not the genre but the talent of the author.
I don't promote censorship of anyone's imagination, but for my own peace of mind, I tend to avoid any story that advocates child abuse.
Thanks for stopping by.
